Policy on items containing intellectual Property Rights

This covers items such as designs, charts and magazines provided in the form of downloads or disks or hard copy.

Once provided to the user there can be no refund.

For the above reasons it is important that you choose your items carefully.

We cannot provide refunds for items purchased in error.
