Refund and Exchange Policy
Policy on Items Lost during Delivery.
- OzStitch will only refund or replace items lost in the post if the customer has chosen delivery by the eParcel Registered service. We are unable to cover losses for deliveries using Standard Australia Post.
Policy on items containing intellectual Property Rights
- This covers items such as designs, charts and magazines provided in the form of downloads or disks or hard copy.
- Once provided to the user there can be no refund however we will provide a replacement copy of the item if there is a proven defect in the manufacture of that item.
- For the above reasons it is important that you choose your items carefully.
Policy on other items and materials
- We will only provide a refund or replacement for an item if there is a proven defect in the manufacture of that item.
- Customers should contact us by phone or email to obtain a return reference number. Items should then be returned to us in the condition in which they were received with an explanation of the problem and quoting the reference number. No other returns will be accepted.
- We cannot provide refunds for items purchased in error.
